"What if" Season

Spooky is my jam. Spooky season, Halloween… Gore, not so much, but that one part of the year where people are on board for the unknown? A sliver of "what if"? Like… if i gotta dress up intellectual humility in a cheap costume from the store? Small price to pay.

So savor that week or two where even the most intelligent, intellectual, educated, science-minded people can say "well… you never know" with that little twist of a smile at the edge of their lips.

I like jumping back into one of my preferred spooky-story podcasts about mid September, but tis the season I find myself recommending Jim Harold's Campfire podcast to anybody who brings up liking Halloween. He's got a ton of great material, but the campfire is like an old fashioned call-in show where people share their spooky stories of the unexplained.
